It can be read from start to finish or referenced from time to time. The information provided does not specify what you need to do, but rather how to do it, working at your level.Your body needs your time and attention. We know that if we don't use it, we lose it. Yet, if we use it too much then we can lose it, too. As we age, we have to keep tabs on our bodies. It is different for everyone, but as we mature, we all need more care and maintenance. The sooner we get started, the better but it's never too late to start a healthy lifestyle.
