A good DRBCP will provide a plan for orderly recovery from small outages, such as an internet hiccup as well as a major disaster such as an earthquake that could cause significant injury, death and destruction.   This Guide has been designed to walk a novice thru the process of creating a DRBCP for a small business. We will introduce you to Risk Management terminology and best practices as we follow our 8 step DRBCP development process. Once you have completed all of the forms, you will have drafted your Plan.
