She is Senior Lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Wolverhampton and currently writes a Local Food feature for the Express & Star. Richard James aka Grorty Dick is a present day Faggot Pioneer. He is a local entrepreneur and consultant in Black Country Tourism Marketing.
