Look About You: A Magical Childhood in Michigan's Wild Places

Look About You is a magical story of a child's wanderings with her father into northern Michigan's wild places. As the father teaches his daughter about the importance of respecting and preserving these spaces he turns to the spirits of the place to help reinforce the lessons. The girl sees the spirits as fairies whose lessons she carries with her as she grows into adulthood. In each painting a fairy hides.
