One was to use high protein meats and fish, the second was to supplement food with vitamins and other supplements. A third was the "liquid diet" of hydrolysate of collagen which resulted in some fatalities. This book contains the research articles presented at a Symposium organized by some of the leading medical researchers in the field in 1983 in Falmouth Massachusetts.They were George L Blackburn, Harvard University, George Bray, USC, Los Angeles and Frederick J.
