Cognitive Perspectives on Educational Leadership (Critical Issues in Educational Leadership)

This study proposes that understanding the way in which school administrators adapt to the complex contexts in which they work requires something more than simple studies of head teachers' behaviour and practices. Cognitive psychology provides a useful perspective on the subject.
