A mi manera (World Languages)

A mi manera uses a proficiency-based approach to take students to a higher, more professional level of oral communication. Grounded in the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines, A mi manera focuses on six Advanced- and Superior-level language functions that are needed for success in a bilingual job market. The linguistic functions are clearly presented in manageable steps and accompanying tasks have been contextualized in a variety of real-life situations. The program emphasizes oral communication, while also promoting the development of reading, writing, and listening skills.
