The nutrition CD-ROM is a non-text-specific interactive learning tool that can be used in any introduction to nutrition course. The CD-ROM includes animations, video, hands-on exercises, and a glossary with the words pronounced. In-depth sections give students the option to learn more about the chemistry involved in a particular topic.
