A chapter is devoted to each of the cabins of Camp Sabael, with many historic photos and wonderful stories. Additional chapters go into the special activities enjoyed by families while at Camp; fishing, hunting, hiking, swimming, games, and more. Finally Mr. Colwell takes a look into the future and celebrates the enduring beauty of the mountains and the friendships fostered there.

Appendices include interesting historical records, the minutes of Annual Meetings, and the publication of several poems and essays by camp family.
