Dissected representations of the human body and face form carefully calibrated images that provoke strong, conflicting reactions: fear/euphoria, desire/repression. Three essays elucidate the career of this internationally acclaimed artist. Cadieux has had exhibitions at the Pompidou Center (Paris) and the New Museum of Contemporary Art (New York).
