English has emerged as a global language in recent times. From being known as Queen s English , it now claim to have developed different varieties across the globe, based on the usage of speakers who have moulded it to meet their needs in a situation when English is not their mother tongue. And Indian English is one of them.  This book examines the important features of Indian English.
