Intellectuel de grande envergure, le journaliste et homme politique canadien Adrien Arcand (1899-1967), alors qu’il fut l’une des figures majeures de l’Internationale fasciste, est aujourd’hui étonnamment méconnu en France. Fondateur en 1934 du Parti national social chrétien puis chef, à partir de 1938, du Parti de l’unité nationale du Canada, ce fervent catholique fut le pourfendeur infatigable du libéralisme philosophique et de ses fruits empoisonnés que sont les matérialismes capitaliste et marxiste. Il n’eut également de cesse de dénoncer l’influence subversive de la franc-maçonnerie et de combattre le projet juif de destruction de la civilisation occidentale et de domination du monde.
 Nous espérons que la présente anthologie, élaborée par Paul Beaumont à l’occasion du cinquantième anniversaire du décès d’Adrien Arcand, préfacée par M. l’abbé Olivier Rioult et complétée par un essai de Joseph Mérel et une biographie établie par Rémi Tremblay, contribuera à faire découvrir aux nationalistes français la pensée de cet « apôtre courageux qui a tout sacrifié pour combattre au service de l’Église et pour établir le règne du Christ » (chanoine G.
