Over the years, she has belonged to a number of writing and theater groups, including Emma's Writing Circles, The Georges, The 3pm Club, and Third Floor Productions, where she also created stage and costume design and, together with fellow playwrights, produced her own plays. She makes up fiction, art, and life daily in the Finger Lakes, New York, where she lives in a house filled with books, magazines, and journals on every subject under the sun, files stuffed with papers, and a clock in every room.
