<p>From Library Journal\nThis catalog accompanied a summer 1996 exhibition of Wyeth's watercolors at the Greenville, South Carolina, Museum of Art. Half of the 50 works date from the 1990s, while the others span the artist's career and include studies for some of his oil paintings. All the work comes from the collection of a single, unnamed individual, and many of the pieces have not been previously published. An introductory essay by Greenville curator Severens provides brief comments on each watercolor, but the concluding essay by psychologist Ken Wilber is an idiosyncratic summary of recent trends in art and literary criticism that seems out of place. While an interesting addition to regional, specialized, or comprehensive collections as a look at Wyeth's recent work in watercolor, this is neither a basic nor a comprehensive work and is not an essential purchase.?Kathryn Wekselman, Univ. of Cincinnati, Ohio<br />
