<p>Former Oklahoma First Lady Cathy Keating and Executive Chef Ralph Knighton presided over hundreds of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and special occasions during the eight years the Keating family lived in the Mansion. People left the Mansion time and again asking for the recipes and photographs of the table settings. Accordingly, they compiled this book, so you, too, can be a part of the dining experience at the Mansion. They share recipes, their entertainment secrets and a few "special touches" to make every meal memorable.
