<p>Jewell Reinhart Coburn has a doctorate in Higher Education Administration, two honorary degrees plus many literary awards. For this book, she was the recipient of an American Association of University Women (AAUW) Educational Foundation Research and Projects Grant. Ms. Coburn has traveled widely and studied a wide array of cultures.
