The Glory of Cairo 2004 Calendar

This wall calendar celebrates the centenary of the Egyptian Museum in large-format, full-colour photographs of a selection of treasures from the new Hidden Treasures exhibition. These works are chosen from the vast holdings of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, which boasts glories of ancient Egypt from the earliest dynastic beginnings through the peak of pharaonic civilization to the Ptolemaic and Roman periods. The images are taken by Kenneth Garrett, a photographer for National Geographic.
