Farrokhzad is considered one of the greatest Persian contemporary poets, and among the very few women poets to have achieved widespread acclaim in her native country. This is a collection of poems from her five publications: Captive, The Wall, Turbulence, Another Birth and Let Us Believe in the Beginning of the Cold Season. This edition includes an audio CD of Farrokhzad reading some of her best-known works. Text entirely in Persian.
