This publication sets out the proceedings of the second Asian Regional Conference on the Evolution of the System of Radiological Protection, held in Tokyo in July 2004, organised by the NEA in order to consider regional, social and cultural differences in approaches to improving the integration of radiological protection within modern concepts of risk governance.
