Reflective Lifeworld Research

Emphasizing the lifeworld, human intentionality and reflection and concern for objectivity and validity, this resource presents a research model based on phenomenology. Philosophical ideas are transformed into an empirical epistemology created with the concepts of openness, immediacy, intersubjectivity, meaning and uniqueness. In addition, methodological principles are outlined for data gathering and analysis.
