International Antitrust Law and Policy (Fordham Institute)

During the last decade there has been a world-wide explosion of new legislation on competition and antitrust, coupled with increased enforcement activity. Throughout, The Fordham Corporate Law Institute has been there to provide lawyers and scholars with the most up-to-date and relevant antitrust information. This work, based on the 1994 proceedings of the Institute, explores the areas of antitrust/competition law that have grown the most in the last several years.
