Andrew Whittaker is in debt up to his neck, the literary magazine that directs you to the brink of bankruptcy, the house in which he lives falling apart and his wife left him. Andrew, however, does not give up. It is a source of ideas and projects. Perhaps illusions and ambitions. He writes, frantically, to anyone. Then he collects all. The result is the impossible catalog of a lovable layabout. Or, rather, an archivist neurotic and conscientious of everything and anything in which we are immersed.
