Blas the mouse and Lua the bat are friends even though they are very different. Blas's mother, on the other hand, does not understand how a bat and a mouse can be friends. When she gets into trouble, Blas saves her by using one of Lua's tricks. Blas's mother then realizes how differences should not be an obstacle in forming friendships.
