Telephone Chinese

This book has situational dialogue necessary for communicating with Chinese speakers regarding the use of a telephone. The book is divided into three parts: ¡§Telephone Consulting,¡¨ ¡§Telephone communications¡¨ and ¡§Appendix¡¨. ¡§Telephone Consulting¡¨ has expressions for situations such as ticket confirmation, hotel reservations and transportation booking. ¡§Communication on Telephone¡¨ has expressions for situations such as special occasion greetings and appointment cancellation. The appendix has tables that list area codes for major cities in China and names of different department companies, among them. With b&w illustrations and tables.
