Winnie and her pet Wilbur the cat are ready to have a relaxing afternoon. But when Wilbur accidentally breaks a valuable vase, things start to get complicated. The cat hides behind a curtain to evade responsibility. Then he jumps up onto the candelabra and hides up there. Winnie hears all of his movements and assumes there's a ghost in her house. To solve the problem, Winnie looks in her book of spells for something that will help her free her house from the supposed enchantment. Things get more complicated, and as usual, endless silliness ensues.
