Natal'ia Evgen'evna Gorbanevskaia (1936-2013) is known as a poet, human rights activist, and philologist. She participated in the demonstration against the soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968, and was expelled from Russia in 1975. For many years she has been an expatriate until Poland made her its citizen in 2005. She returned to Red Square to participate in the demonstration in defense of the arrested social activists in 2013. This book is about the Gorbanevskaia's place in the hearts and mind of the people who knew her. The contributors to this book are her friends and relatives.
