Thomas Scheibitz

Equally inspired by photographs, magazines, ads, comics and his own personal studies and drawings, Thomas Scheibitz's colorful paintings of landscapes, buildings and shop windows feature few, if any, people. Part of a group of young German artists who are coming to grips with objective representation, Scheibitz's own personal language is presented here in 20 new paintings, three sculptures and multiple works on paper.
