The book Sports is comparable to a gallery of excellent photographs that surprise the viewer through the unconventional composition of the images. The Author combines disciplines according to thematic considerations, with the result that link the most widely divergent forms of sport with each other: The Formula 1 team, for example, suffers the consequences of rain just like the tennis player. Or the topic "time" means not only speed, but also the early morning training sessions of a crew team. The portraits of the athletes—and the spectactors, as well—reflect the high and low points of sports: triumph and defeat, elation and pain.
