Karl Schwanzer: Three Buildings (English and German Edition)

Considered one of Austria's most prominent architects, Karl Schwanzer has mentored many of the country's contemporary designers. Three of Schwanzer's best known buildings his residential building in Vienna, BMW building in Munich, and Austrian Embassy in Brasilia were all lovingly photographed on completion by Sigrid Neubert.

Architecture Photography, Karl Schwanzer: Three Buildings uses Sigrid Neubert's dramatic photographs of Schwanzer's architecture to document a unique collaboration between an architect and a photographer while also exploring fundamental issues in architectural photography. Currently the only book on Schwanzer's architecture available, this volume also features essays by students and peers of Karl Schwanzer.
