Mucha. the Triumph of Art Nouveau

The expression "Mucha Style" became synonymous with Modern Style (or Art Nouveau). In 1897, Alphonse Mucha attained the high point of his Art. His posers adorned the walls and billboards in Europe and America; his decorative motifs, his calendars, boxes and postcards appeared in everyone's homes. Mucha was the father of a style that we rediscover today with delight.
