On Site with P. Cezanne in Provence

For more than a century, art historians have searched for the birthplace of Cézanne’s landscape paintings. In this volume, four scholars present the results of their quest, using photographs of the places where Cézanne painted and analyzing the intimate relation between the painter and his sources of inspiration.
