In the early 1900s, in a small Midwestern village, local townsfolk were terrorized by uncontrolled violence. Those responsible for law enforcement either turned in their badges or disappeared. A set of unusual circumstances brought Charlie Witwer and his three brothers to the village to make the streets safe.
