Sixteen-year-old Billy Anderson's short life has been full of daunting challenges. A birth defect makes him the target of bullies, and the deaths of his parents force him to live with his alcoholic aunt. That quickly proves to be an untenable situation and Billy chooses to live on the street. One day things change dramatically when he mysteriously receives the "Gift of Healing."
