One Eye Open: u n i r 1
Description:
Preface Sometimes we do have too much to say . . . while at other times we say too little. And then there are the rare times of silence, from which I believe all things manifest. I seek out this silence only to find screaming voices waiting for me in the shadows, disturbing my much sought after peace. It is at these frozen moments between the footsteps of my journey that I find myself with limited choices . . . to write or to sleep. The sleep does not last long enough. I find what I chose to ignore does not go away compliantly. I can only calm the call of these wild vagrant waifs within me by picking up my pen. This book is the result of such visions, seeking, and journeys into that vast realm of potential and the conflict that abides within the soul of this man. I can not say that my words offered throughout this manuscript will be readily meaningful to you, but they are to me. With that being spoken hopefully devoid of my ever-lasting companion, ‘vanity’, I give these words back to from whence they came ... the ether. May you enjoy the planting, the nurturing, the harvest and the fruit.Bless Upwilliam s. peters, sr.‘just bill’
