The Kemetic Tarot: Veil of Aset Edition

The Kemetic Tarot is based on the most powerful Egyptian magic discovered: "The Book of Going Forth by Day", a book of spells and ritual magic designed to assist the traveler's ka (soul) on its journey from the mundane world to the spiritual world of the Duat (the afterlife), and finally on to eternal life in Aaru (the Egyptian Paradise).\nThis new edition of the Kemetic Tarot features the rich, vibrant art of the previous edition, in a larger format (about 20% larger) that showcases more detail than ever. In the Veil of Aset Edition of the Kemetic Tarot, the full-color guidebook has been expanded to include dozens of tales of the Neteru (the Kemetic Gods), and a brand new book, "The Veil of Aset: Tales of the Goddess" includes several tales of the Goddess Aset. We've also included a brand new, larger embroidered card-carrying bag, and two introduced two new bonus Major Arcana cards, and included the crystal tjet (a symbol of the Goddess Aset) protection amulet.\nThe Kemetic Tarot infuses traditional tarot archetypes with ancient Egyptian magic. The cards tell the story of the Fool, the scribe Ani, on his journey through the material world and the supernatural world of the underworld, on his quest for eternal life.\nThe Major Arcana cards (the Neteru cards) embody the powerful forces represented by the Kemetic deities and supernatural entities, such as the great goddesses Aset (Isis) and Nebet-Het (Nephthys), and the gods Ausar (Osiris), Set, and Khonsu, among others.\nThe Minor Arcana (the Remet cards) focus on Kemetic suits of ankhs, scarabs, scepters, and swords, which map directly to the traditional suits of other tarot decks.
