The Florida Motel

Crazy, hilarious and madcap story of a young man, Helgi, who works for his parents running the family business, The Florida Motel. He desperately seeks a normal life and to escape the crazy events and characters of the motel biz. His path to normalcy is getting a college degree from the local university, where he meets, and falls head over heels in love with a girl--the girl. His naivete with girls, romance, and love almost causes him to lose the love of his life to a frat boy who also has eyes for her, but for the wrong reasons. Helgi elicits help from an unlikely friend, Hester the maid. This is a humorous coming of age love story.
