Catechism on the Constitution: Revised from an 1828 Original
Description:
"Every member of the State ought diligently to read and study the constitution of his country....By knowing their rights, they will sooner perceive when they are violated and be the better prepared to defend and assert them."
–John Jay, 1st Chief Justice
Understanding our Constitution is vitally important to the future of America, especially at a time when challenges to Americans' rights seem to appear so frequently. To help gain this understanding, WallBuilders is pleased to announce our book: Catechism on the Constitution!
This catechism contains a series of questions and answers on the Constitution that are specifically intended to teach about our founding document and the legacy it holds. An annotated Constitution is also included!
This work was originally published in 1828 as Elementary Catechism on the Constitution of the United States for the Use of Schools by Arthur Stansbury. Since it was published, 15 amendments have been added to the Constitution, so we have updated answers as necessary.
