Manna from Heaven: 21 Days of Nourishment for the Soul
Description:
The Hebrew word for manna literally means, “What is it?”\nGod would provide this heavenly food for the Israelites day in and day out for forty years!\nThe Psalmist puts it this way as he recalls this incredible period in Israel’s history,\n“He rained down manna for them to eat;he gave them bread from heaven. They ate the food of angels!God gave them all they could hold.” (Psalm 78:24-25)\nOver the course of these next twenty-one days, it’s my hope that God would supply spiritual manna from heaven for our souls. Each day is meant to provide some nourishment from the endless feast that is God’s Word.\n“Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” (John 6:35)\nWith open hands and humble hearts, we pray, “Father, give us today our daily bread.”
