Winter is a spiritual season as well as a natural one. And they share some of the same attributes.\nFinding God Creator God made the world in which we live. He placed the moon and stars in the sky, the rivers and oceans on the earth. He also created seasons throughout the year. Each season is defined by specific features.\nAs Christ-followers we also experience spiritual seasons. Though these seasons do not come in order like seasons in nature, each spiritual season we experience is defined by certain features also.\nThis book is focused on winter—both calendar and spiritual. During our spiritual winters, we await the new thing that God will be doing. Sometimes, we might even feel that He is silent or far away, During this season, we must rest in the truth of God’s sovereign mercy, grace, love, and care for His children.\nThis is the first in the Glimpses of God” series.
