Sense and Sensibility (Palmera Publishing)

After the death of their father, the Dashwood sisters along with their mother gets evicted from their lavish London home by their elder half-brother and his greedy wife. They move to a less comfortable neighborhood, where they are warmly welcomed by their new neighbors. The girls find themselves surrounded by gentleman callers, some of them appealing, others not so much. They undergo a series of love and heartbreak, as these young people choose to go after partners whose match makes practical sense instead of following their emotional sensibilities. Will the sisters find happiness and security, and will they be able to find a place for themselves in society? Sense and Sensibility is set in a society where people use others or get used themselves, though there are some who are willing to sacrifice everything in the name of love and honour.
