L. I. F. E. Line Self-Defense®: Kids' Ground Techniques and More!

This dynamic sequel to Dave and Jessie Gerber’s first L.I.F.E. Line Self-Defense® book is focused on more skills that every kid needs to know. Children’s martial arts programs teach many valuable skills, however, they do not focus on real self-defense techniques that work for younger kids.
