Fear of a Black Republican: The Story of José Evans

José Evans is a graduate of Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, and he earned a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Indianapolis and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Evans is an internationally known education reformer and founder of the Black & Latino Policy Institute. He has more than 20 years of experience in politics and government and is author of The Emperor Penguin and Fear of a Black Republican.
