The Witwer Files

In the early 1900s, in a small Midwestern village, local townsfolk were terrorized by uncontrolled violence. A set of unusual circumstances brought Charlie Witwer and his three brothers to the village to make the streets safe. The Witwer Files is a story inspired by actual events and tells how the lives of those involved were forever changed by the events that took place in two short years.
