An interesting perspective on the Vietnam war about the "other side" of combat, the O-1 Bird Dog and Marine pilots, through the personal experiences of the author who served three tours in Vietnam flying over 500 combat missions. It is dedicated to any pilot or "backseater" who ever flew in the Bird Dog . . . and loved her like the author did.
