Meditation: Waking Up to Life
Description:
Meditation: Waking Up To Life
Meditation: Waking Up To Life is a collection of spontaneous reflections on meditation and daily life. These short considerations express the flavor of the meditative experience. Meditation is different for each person. There is no right or wrong way; there is no successful or unsuccessful outcome. In fact, focusing on results is antithetical to the meditative process. I give you some of my thoughts in hopes of freeing you to come up with your own personal experience and practice. Let go, relax. Be present. Here-and-Now. Find a moment, any moment; anywhere; any time; right now. Meditate into Life.

He currently teaches Nonviolence, Engineering Ethics, and Meditation.
