Spring of the Poacher's Moon (Whinnies on the Wind)

When Evy is out riding with her horse Rusty and her wild mustang mare Twilight, she comes across some poachers who have shot and killed a moose. As horrible as that is, things only get worse when she discovers its baby, a very young, now-orphaned calf, in danger of dying if she can't find its milk soon. She is determined to save the calf, but before she can Twilight disappears! Evy sets out to rescue her intrepid filly, only to stumble on even worse danger! Will her problems never end?
