Poor but Sexy: Berlin, the New Communal is a Studio Report from the Spring 2015 semester at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. What new forms for communal dwelling challenge the status quo in a growing city that until recently has been shrinking? How do you add density in a proactive way, understanding current legislation not as an obstacle but as a design tool?
