Hope: When Everything Seems Hopeless

This book was written especially for hurting individuals, those who are buried under the snowdrift of hopelessness and left there as half-dead. May this book breathe a measure of hope, which is the bedrock upon which genuine faith is established. Without hope there can be no faith. And without faith, one cannot please God.

This book was written with two biases, that of a Biblical worldview and that derived from the author s personal experiences and insights. It points in the direction of Jesus the Creator-Son, as the answer. Not one of many answers, but The Answer. Real hope should be anchored in a context of solid Biblical theology, and in particular in the essential reality of the resurrected Jesus. It is at the cross of Jesus where the power of hope was released in full measure on the earth. This book reflects the experiences and limited understanding of the author. In as much as the author is human and is prone to error, please be a good Berean and check within the Scriptures if the conclusions resonate with God-inspired Truth. Eat the chicken, but spit out the bones.

This book is meant to stir our hearts when the tide is slipping away.
