Writers Bloc II

WRITER'S BLOC II is the second published collection of literary works by members of the Henderson Writers' Group, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping writers in every stage of their careers through educational and networking opportunities. Since 2001, the Group has provided a forum for writers to share their work, receive thoughtful criticism, exchange knowledge, and often, bare their souls. By its very nature, writing is a lonely endeavor, and for its 100+ members, the Henderson Writers' Group has proven to be an invaluable source of support and information about the writer's craft. Within these pages, Las Vegas Valley authors- some well-established, some published here for the first time -showcase their talents. Each contribution is branded with the individual writer's voice and collectively result in an offering as vast as a Vegas buffet. Represented herein is an eclectic mix of genres from poetry, personal essays, and short stories, to memoirs, science fiction, and more.
