This Ecstasy

John Squadra's book of poetry, This Ecstasy, is courageous and beautiful. His poems explore with simplicity the truths of love and a spiritual life. Some poems are very erotic. Some poems expose the truths of life we all share. What I love most about this collection is that John is real and honest. I never feel, as I do with many poetry collections, that he is trying to be poetic, that he is trying to be anything. These are pure expressions from a tender heart.
